Additions and Modifications
If your manufactured home has had structural changes — such as added porches, rooms, decks, or carports — Bee Home Inspections can also provide Additions Certifications. These verify that any added structures are self-supporting and independent of the manufactured home’s load-bearing system, as required by HUD and lender guidelines.
Some lenders may request a Foundation Certification only, an Additions Certification only, or both Foundation and Additions Certifications depending on the loan type and property configuration.
